I liked that the hotel was next to a bus stop. It made getting to the city centre easy. the location was also great, a short walk to the city centre. i really appreciated the large car park. Parking was no hassle at all.

great location free parking friendly staff
The location was great for visiting the zoo. I walked there easily. the free parking was very helpful, especially since i had a rental car. the staff were friendly and available whenever i needed assistance.
the bathroom had a slight musty odor.

free parking comfortable bed quiet room dated room poor tv slippery bathtub
the location was great i could easily find free parking the staff. the room was quiet despite being located above the pub it was also good value. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.
the room felt a bit dated there were no drawers or a wardrobe which limited storage. the tv connection was poor it only worked a small percentage of the time. the bathroom lacked anti-slip protection in the bathtub this felt quite dangerous.

I appreciate the friendly staff. They were very helpful. The bathroom was lovely and generally clean. I found good parking facilities. The location allowed me to walk everywhere.
I did notice some noise from other rooms, and the walls seemed thin. It was possible to clearly hear voices and bangs.
